Established in 2002, the Arab Open University has sought to develop and disseminate knowledge, and to build expertise in accordance with international quality standards, without being bound by time or geographical barriers, in order to contribute to preparing the workforce best suited to development needs, and building a society of science and knowledge in the Arab countries. The Egypt branch stands true to this mission thanks to the contribution of distinguished faculty members, dedicated branch staff, and the diverse and ambitious student body.
